These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Helix (the "App"), provided by Lumira Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Helix is a personal health, training, and nutrition companion. It reads data from Apple Health and your device to compute recovery, training, sleep, and hydration insights, helps you log food and water, and offers an AI coaching feature. Helix is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, training, or diet.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. The App does not knowingly collect data from children. You are responsible for the device and Apple ID used to access the App.

3. Subscriptions

Helix offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Helix Pro") that unlock premium features. Where offered:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the health, nutrition, and journal data you generate in the App. Health data read from Apple Health is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers except where a feature you use explicitly requires it (for example, sending a short prompt to our AI coaching feature, or looking up a food item in the food database). 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile the App beyond what is permitted by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY HEALTH, RECOVERY, OR NUTRITION ESTIMATE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. FITNESS AND NUTRITION ESTIMATES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
